(hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), established in 2004, is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and technical services of new energy charging pile testing, intelligent substations, and precision instrument testing. With years of independent research and innovation as well as experience in production, sales, and service, the company is at the forefront of the industry in terms of technical level and brand recognition. Its products cover national testing institutions, 31 provincial-level electric power research institutes, metrology centers, the Korea National Institute of Metrology, ABB, Siemens, and other well-known foreign enterprises and national testing institutions.
The company was listed on the New Third Board in 2014, stock code: 830924; from 2009 to present, it has been consecutively recognized five times as a Shenzhen High-tech Enterprise (latest certificate number: GR202444204787); in 2021, it was awarded the title of Shenzhen Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (certificate number: SZ20210680). Currently, the company holds 17 invention patents, 34 utility model patents, and 18 software copyrights; it has received more than 35 provincial, ministerial, municipal, and State Grid Science and Technology Awards; participated in the formulation of over 27 national standards, 15 industry standards, and 15 group standards; and published 21 papers. The company’s controlling subsidiary, Shenzhen Xinglong Testing Co., Ltd., has obtained CNAS and CMA laboratory accreditation certificates and specializes in new energy charging pile testing services.
The company has been engaged in precision measurement technology research for over 20 years, continuously tracking cutting-edge technology. In 2020, it completed the project "Research on the Implementation Scheme of Voltage and Electric Energy Quantum Standards Based on the Josephson Effect" for a provincial company. In 2022, it developed the XL201 AC/DC arbitrary waveform generator supporting synchronous and clock triggering for a dynamic electric energy measurement system based on the Josephson quantum voltage standard, solving the problem of dynamic electric energy value traceability. In 2024, it began R&D on "Key Technologies and Device Development for AC/DC Quantum Electric Energy Measurement." The company owns a standard power source with 80,000 points per week waveform fitting precision, capable of outputting the 100th harmonic (customizable up to the 500th), with the best stability reaching 2 ppm. Based on step wave electronic current transformers, the traceability angle difference uncertainty is better than 25 microradians. Using the PJVS-based mirror measurement method, power measurement uncertainty is better than 1 ppm.
In the field of intelligent substation testing, the company’s products cover a full set of intelligent substation testing equipment from field to standard level. For charging pile testing, a full series of products has been developed, including portable high-integration adapter-type testing products, charging pile testing vehicles, integrated charging pile testing devices, complete charging pile testing laboratory equipment, charging pile 3C certification laboratory equipment, charging pile factory production line testing, and cloud-based remote testing technology. In simulated power sources and meter products, the company has developed a full range of products including AC standard power sources, DC standard power sources, AC standard electric energy meters, DC standard electric energy meters, DC electric energy meter calibration benches, harmonic electric energy meter calibration benches, dynamic electric energy meter calibration benches, arbitrary waveform generators, and electric energy recording and playback devices. In the quantum measurement field, it has developed a series of products including DC quantum standard electric energy meters based on Josephson junction effects, power frequency AC quantum standard electric energy meters, wide-frequency AC quantum standard electric energy meters, DC quantum standard power sources, power frequency quantum standard power sources, wide-frequency quantum standard power sources, and high-precision AC quantum power measurement devices based on differential sampling.
