Charging pile testing solutions targeting European, American, and Japanese standards

For the testing of European, American, and Japanese standards, domestic methods basically adopt a design based on existing national standard testing equipment, assuming the use of externally purchased national standard to European standard protocol conversion boards, as shown in the figure below:

 

The advantage of this approach is low technical complexity and fast development speed. However, the disadvantage is also fatal, as detailed below:

1. It is impossible to strictly carry out protocol consistency testing for ISO15118-4 and -5, only a few protocol consistency analogy tests can be conducted based on national standard content as a workaround.

2. Compatibility issues: when communication compatibility problems occur causing testing failure, integrators cannot resolve them and must rely on module suppliers.

Our company, through independently developed European, American, and Japanese standard simulators, achieves high flexibility in development and can complete over 600 protocol consistency tests, a capability unmatched by peers, fully comparable to the related equipment of the world-renowned supplier Vector.
