Comprehensive process solutions for charging pile enterprises

For charging pile manufacturers, our company has launched competitively priced testing equipment that matches the functions and performance of third-party testing agencies. This includes equipment for the entire lifecycle from R&D testing -> factory testing -> aging testing -> operation and maintenance.

During the R&D testing phase, our company introduced a comprehensive laboratory testing platform for charging piles, featuring metrology verification, interoperability, safety, and comprehensive testing functions. It is comparable to third-party type testing or the 3C mandatory testing platform for charging piles but offers lower prices and higher testing efficiency, along with factory testing software to support factory inspection tasks.

In the factory testing phase, we launched a corresponding factory testing platform, which can be used as a standalone charging pile test station or integrated into the charging pile production line. It is fully functional, meeting the NB/T33008 requirements for factory testing, and features efficient rapid hardware testing, typically completing the test of one charging pile within 5 to 15 minutes.

For the aging testing phase, our company offers AC and DC aging platforms equipped with power feeding loads. Besides aging functions, these platforms also include control-guided fault detection and insulation fault detection, making one device serve multiple purposes.

In the operation and maintenance phase, we provide adapter-type testing equipment. When conducting field tests, simply bring this compact device (small enough to fit in a backpack) along with an electric vehicle. It can perform real-time waveform recording and display of electrical signals and messages during testing, with data supporting offline playback, providing strong operational feedback tools for R&D departments. Even if R&D personnel cannot be on-site, the entire process can be reproduced.

All the above series of equipment comply with different standards including Chinese National Standard, European Standard, American Standard, and Japanese Standard.
