XL-8062 FT3 Photoelectric Converter
The XL-8062, as a digital substation protocol (FT3) communication protocol conversion device, can convert data signals from the 60044-8 (FT3) interface into frame data signals of commonly used Ethernet interfaces. It features an FT3 input interface and an IEC61850 digital output interface. It is capable of capturing FT3 packets and, in conjunction with software, performing recording, waveform analysis, and effective value harmonic analysis.

XL-8062 as a digital substation protocol (FT3) communication protocol conversion device, capable of converting data signals from the 60044-8 (FT3) interface into commonly used Ethernet interface frame data signals. It features an FT3 input interface and an IEC61850 digital output interface. It can capture FT3 packets and, in conjunction with software, perform recording, waveform analysis, and effective value harmonic analysis.
Main Functions
- Automatically recognizes message transmission rates of 2.5Mbps, 5Mbps, and 10Mbps in FT3 synchronous transmission mode;
- Automatically recognizes message transmission rates of 2Mbps, 4Mbps, 6Mbps, and 8Mbps in FT3 asynchronous transmission mode;
- Automatically determines whether the received FT3 message format is standard FT3, State Grid FT3, or FT3 as specified in the DL/T282-2012 protocol;
- Supports configuration of output messages in various Ethernet frame formats such as IPX and IEC61850-9-2(LE); (output format is fixed to one of these at factory configuration).
- The acquired FT3 frame format data is complete and accurate, with hardware timestamp;
- Good real-time performance, with delay from received FT3 frame header to output Ethernet frame header not exceeding 200μs.
