XL-807C DC Transformer Tester Mainly used for testing AC and DC electronic transformers that comply with IEC61850 (-9-1, -9-2, -9-2LE) standard outputs and low voltage outputs. Test items include ratio error, phase error, delay, harmonic analysis, harmonic accuracy verification, DC testing, etc.

Main Features

  • Uses traditional transformer testing device (BHE type) and Agilent 3458A digital multimeter for value transfer.
  • Can use built-in high-stability crystal to output pulse synchronization signals.
  • Capable of full-frame parsing of IEC61850 (-9-1, -9-2, -9-2LE) protocol packets, automatically analyzing the number of ASDUs, sampling points, etc., displaying waveform diagrams of all channels, allowing intuitive viewing of all channel data without packet capture.
  • Equipped with ST and SC dual fiber optic Ethernet interfaces and dual RJ45 Ethernet interfaces to improve reliability and facilitate connection to electronic transformers with different interfaces.
  • Uses 24-bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology to greatly expand bandwidth and improve accuracy.
  • Able to display waveform, frequency, amplitude, and other data for comprehensive analysis of transformer performance.
  • Equipped with an industrial control computer, with a resolution up to 800*600 and a touch screen for easier operation.
  • Comes with powerful and easy-to-use software that can run on industrial control computers or laptops.
  • Can statistically analyze mean, variance, extreme values, multiple errors of ratio and phase errors, and comprehensively verify the stability and linearity of electronic transformers.
