XL-807MCH Electronic Multi-channel Comprehensive Testing System for Electronic Transformers Mainly used for calibration of electronic transformers outputting according to IEC61850 (-9-1, -9-2, -9-2LE) standards. Calibration items include ratio error, phase error, delay, polarity, etc. It is also equipped with small signal input terminals for calibration of electronic transformers with small signal output and for calibration of merging units with small signal input.
Main Functions
- The electronic transformer multi-channel comprehensive testing system features highly automated testing capabilities and efficient testing levels. It can automatically identify valid channels and test multiple channels simultaneously.
- It can simultaneously perform accuracy calibration on 1 to 12 electronic transformer sampling channels of 2 merging units, and automatically identify error valid channels.
- Automatic absorption and recording of calibration point data, determination of channel validity, data anomaly alarms, and generation of test reports.
- During multi-channel calibration, when the primary voltage/current rises near the set calibration point, the software system automatically tracks the calibration point and completes multi-channel calibration data recording.
- During multi-channel calibration, if errors exceed limits or there is severe imbalance between primary and secondary data, analysis and judgment are performed, and the system will prompt or alarm.
- Can display the polarity of electronic transformers.
- Supports arbitrary FT3 increment function; when the proprietary FT3 protocol of the merging unit manufacturer is clear, it can edit FT3 messages conforming to the manufacturer's protocol for arbitrary FT3 increment output.
- FT3 abnormal simulation test function: when outputting FT3 digital signals, it can simulate various FT3 abnormal events such as stop output abnormality, jump abnormality, glitch abnormality, CRC check error, etc., comprehensively testing the abnormal handling capability of FT3 input merging units.
- FT3 output micro-difference setting function: can superimpose a certain micro-difference on the FT3 output to realistically test the accuracy of FT3 input merging units.
- Harmonic accuracy testing function: can calibrate ratio and angle errors of 2nd to 21st harmonics, with accuracy better than 0.1% and 10 minutes respectively.
- One-key automatic parameter detection function: can automatically detect the current transformer type (voltage or current transformer), protocol type, channel number, standard transformation ratio, etc., and automatically complete parameter settings.
- Can simultaneously receive and parse multi-channel network messages from merging units, supporting precise time stamp calibration for IEC61850 and FT3.
- Supports synchronous and asynchronous calibration, can receive external synchronization signals and provide high-accuracy time reference signals for the calibration system.
- Ensures standard signal acquisition accuracy not less than 0.02%.
- External time synchronization and internal pulse synchronization signal output function: the system is equipped with a high-accuracy clock output module, providing at least IRIG_B output and PPS output, and can also receive external clocks for synchronized testing.
- Comprehensive testing system accuracy level not less than 0.05 class.
- Can calibrate electronic transformers and merging units based on IEC61850-9-1, IEC61850-9-2, IEC61850-9-2LE, and FT3, including measurement and protection channel accuracy testing.
- Can calibrate electronic transformers with analog small signal output.
- Synchronization signal types include at least IRIG_B input, IRIG_B output, PPS output, and PPS input synchronization functions.
- For point-to-point output electronic transformers, supports interpolation algorithm and absolute delay testing function, with absolute time edge error less than 2μs and variation less than 0.5μs.
- Equipped with small signal source increment output function (0~7V) and FT3 output function (supports standard IEC60044, State Grid FT3, and DL/T 282-2012 specified FT3 formats).
