XL-850 Integrated Transient Performance Verification Device for Merging Units Standard source suitable for transient testing of analog input merging units in intelligent substations (digital substations). The transient source can output signals compliant with the State Grid Corporation of China. Enterprise Standard: Q/GDW 11015-2013 Transient test waveform signals required by the "Analog Input Merging Unit Testing Specification."
Main Functions
- Instantaneous Error Verification: Used for verifying the maximum peak instantaneous error of the merging unit protection current (including 10 times and 20 times large current).
- Non-Periodic Component Decay Detection: Used for verifying the decay time constant of the non-periodic component of the merging unit protection current; the decay time constant is adjustable.
- Flexible Waveform Editing Methods Supports freehand drawing of any transient current waveform and custom function generation of any transient waveform for comprehensive testing of merging unit protection current.
- Harmonic Performance Verification Supports verification of steady-state fundamental wave ratio error, phase error, and composite error; supports verification of 2nd to 22nd harmonic ratio error, phase error, and composite error.
- Multi-Mode Calibration Supports calibration of merging units in standard source mode and standard Mu mode; in standard Mu mode, one channel can serve as the standard to verify the other.
- Multiple Synchronization Methods: Synchronization signals support IRIG_B code, PPS, and other methods; supports real-time Ethernet card for hardware timestamp calibration and asynchronous verification. (Optional) 。
