Application Case of DC Meter and Shunt Calibrating Device at the Metering Center of State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company
In June 2018, our company's XL-9600T6 DC meter calibration device and XL-9201T6 DC shunt calibration device were tested and verified by technical experts from the Measurement Center of State Grid Sichuan Electric Power Company. All performance indicators met the requirements of the "State Grid Sichuan Measurement Center 2017 Charging Pile Built-in Meter Initial Inspection Capability Construction" project. The project acceptance was successfully completed, and the devices were officially put into production and use.
The XL-9600T6 DC meter calibration device and XL-9201T6 DC shunt calibration device were designed and developed by our company to meet the large-scale calibration needs of users for DC energy meters/shunts. Both adopt a 6-position/workstation design, with an output current of up to 600A and an accuracy level of 0.05, fully meeting the calibration requirements for DC energy meters/shunts of level 0.2 and below. The calibration method can be freely switched between manual and automatic modes, suitable for sample testing as well as rapid batch calibration, offering excellent performance, high efficiency, and convenience.
