XL-A951E AC/DC Charging Pile Mobile Testing Vehicle (New Energy Vehicle)
To address the current challenges of carrying equipment for on-site testing and to overcome the poor applicability of charging pile testing vehicles in the market, our company has selected new energy electric vehicles as the carrier. The charging pile testing equipment is integrated into the vehicle, equipped with DC charging interfaces and AC charging interfaces, meeting the requirements for single-phase/three-phase AC charging piles and DC charging piles to complete all metrological verification projects according to JJG 1148-2022 and JJG 1149-2022. This platform has been applied in metrology quality inspection institutes, power grid companies, third-party testing agencies, and other units.

To address the current challenges of carrying equipment for on-site testing and to overcome the poor applicability of charging pile testing vehicles in the current market, our company has selected new energy electric vehicles as the carrier, integrating charging pile testing equipment on the vehicle. It features DC charging interfaces and AC charging interfaces, meeting the requirements for single-phase/three-phase AC charging piles and DC charging piles to complete all metrological verification projects according to JJG 1148-2022 and JJG 1149-2022. This platform has been applied in metrology and quality inspection institutes, power grid companies, third-party testing agencies, and other units.
Platform Structure:
Functional Features
- The vehicle is a new energy electric vehicle, drivable with a C license, with a height not exceeding 2.2 meters, allowing easy access to underground garages for charging pile metrological verification; green license plate, facilitating entry and exit of unmanned charging pile stations (some stations do not allow fuel vehicles to enter);
- The vehicle uses a 70kWh large-capacity battery, with a long range of 400km;
- All verification equipment is fixed on the electric vehicle, allowing plug-in testing, making on-site detection convenient, fast, labor-saving, and safe;
- Load power configuration options range from 60kW to 180kW; the internal battery of the new energy electric vehicle can be used as a load for charging pile metrological verification, simulating real charging conditions; it can meet the verification requirements of Tesla charging piles;
- Using the "Kalman prediction algorithm" to continuously monitor the operating indicators of all internal devices in the system, predicting potential hazards or faults to ensure system safety and reliability;
- Using multi-closed-loop zero-flux sensors based on fluxgate technology combined with electronic PGA technology, DC measurement can achieve accuracy better than 0.05% over a wide range, with full-scale accuracy better than 0.01%, fully meeting the JG1148 and 1149 metrological verification tests;
- Experience in debugging more than 100 models of non-vehicle-mounted charger BMS, supporting national standards GB/T27930-2015, GB/T27930-2023, etc.
