Product Description
Product Introduction
XL-A951 AC/DC Charging Pile Mobile Testing Vehicle Equipped with metrological verification, interoperability testing, protocol consistency testing, on-site inspection specifications, and State Grid Document No. 45 project testing during the operation phase for AC charging piles and off-board chargers. In addition to the above test items, the device also features temperature collection, humidity collection, GPS Beijing time calibration, and other functions. Mobile wireless terminal control mode, large screen Chinese menu display, large amount of displayed information, and easy operation. Technically, the XL-A951 uses various cutting-edge technologies to achieve high performance, such as 24Bit sigma-delta AD, high stability zero-flux current transformer, and a dual-core DSP with a main frequency of 500M, making its performance outstanding.
Main Features
- " Non-intrusive" testing technology, completing GB/T34657.1-2017 interoperability testing and GB/T 34658-2017 protocol consistency testing without internal wiring of the charging pile, safe and efficient;
- Vehicle height less than 2 meters, freely entering various venues including low-clearance parking lots, drivable with a C-class driver's license, highly applicable;
- Full-function testing capability, equipped with JJG 1148/1149-2022 metrological verification, GB/T 34657.1 interoperability testing, GB/T 34658 protocol consistency testing, and the upcoming NB/T 1901-2021 on-site inspection technical specifications for electric vehicle charging equipment testing capabilities;
- Uses "Kalman prediction algorithm" to continuously monitor the operating indicators of internal system devices, predicting potential risks or faults to ensure system safety and reliability;
- Uses multi-closed-loop zero-flux sensors based on "fluxgate technology" combined with electronic PGA technology, achieving better than 0.05% accuracy in DC measurement over a wide range, and full-scale accuracy better than 0.01%, fully meeting JJG1148 and 1149 metrological verification test requirements;
- Multi-channel process waveform recording, traceable testing process;
- Experience in debugging over 200 new and old models of off-board charger BMS, supporting national standard GB/T 27930-2015 and compatible with GB/T 27930-2011, etc.;
- Optional State Grid incoming goods sampling inspection and acceptance, capable of performing related tests for State Grid incoming goods sampling and acceptance.
