Sichuan Weiyuan Expressway Service Area DC Charging Pile Inspection
In October 2021, our company's technicians used the XL-942 non-vehicle-mounted charger on-site characteristic tester independently developed by our company, along with supporting loads and other professional charging pile testing equipment, to test 8 DC chargers at the Sichuan Weiyuan Expressway Service Area. On-site testing was conducted according to the latest standards such as "JJG 1149-2018 Verification Regulations for Non-vehicle-mounted Chargers for Electric Vehicles", "GB/T 34657.1-2017 Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging Interoperability Test Specification Part 1: Power Supply Equipment", and "GB/T 34658-2017 Consistency Test of Communication Protocol between Non-vehicle-mounted Conductive Chargers for Electric Vehicles and Battery Management Systems". The functions of the DC chargers in terms of electric energy metering, protocol consistency, interoperability, and other safety performance aspects were tested one by one.
During the testing process, the "non-intrusive" testing mode and highly intelligent testing features of our company's non-vehicle-mounted charger on-site characteristic tester saved a lot of time for charger testing and improved our testing efficiency. At the same time, the work results were also recognized by customers.
