Demonstration of the Integrated Testing Vehicle for AC/DC Charging Piles by Tianjin Binhai New Area Metrology and Testing Technology Center
On the morning of November 23, 2021, our company's technical staff, invited by the Tianjin Binhai New Area Measurement and Testing Technology Center, came to the Dazhen Charging Station Yujia Dazhaimen Station to demonstrate the use of the inspection vehicle for charging piles to the customer. This time, our XL-951V AC/DC charging pile integrated inspection vehicle was used to perform a charging test demonstration on one of the DC chargers, starting the verification of the indication error during measurement, introducing the customer to the equipment usage methods, the general working principle of the equipment, and discussing the understanding of the verification regulations.
At the same time, at the customer's request, several test cases for interoperability testing and protocol consistency testing were conducted. The customer highly praised the waveform display in interoperability, recognizing that this waveform can quickly and effectively help identify the cause of problems; they found the protocol consistency display interface clear and simple, allowing intuitive viewing of test results. Finally, it was unanimously agreed that the inspection vehicle improved the efficiency of on-site testing work and improved the working environment conditions for the staff.
