Product Description

Product Overview

The XL-942R National Standard Charging Pile Monitoring and Fault Simulation Device is mainly used for real-time monitoring of voltage, current, messages, and other data during the interactive charging process of chargers. It also provides simple and quick simulation of interactive process faults such as CC1 disconnection, CC2 disconnection, CAN disconnection, auxiliary power disconnection, and insulation faults. Technically, the XL-942R uses various cutting-edge technologies to achieve high performance, such as a dual-core DSP with a main frequency of 500M, making its performance outstanding. When used with electric vehicles, it can realize real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and messages during the electric vehicle charging process.

Features

  • The monitoring device comes with a built-in battery, allowing outdoor use without power access; the battery can continuously operate normally for more than 6 hours.
  • Real-time waveform recording, combined with software, allows real-time viewing of the charging status of the vehicle and pile; recorded waveform data can be saved and replayed.
  • The waveform recording software has a time-stamping function to measure signal timing.
  • All signal taps of the gun head are externally accessible, allowing connection to other external monitoring devices.
  • Built-in CAN analysis, with messages displayed on the same coordinate system as voltage and current signals.
  • Equipped with fault simulation functions such as CC1 disconnection, CC2 disconnection, CAN disconnection, auxiliary power disconnection, and insulation fault functions.
  • WIFI interface enables remote control and other functions.
  • Compact size, lightweight, and easy to carry.
