Scope of Application:

 

Can be used independently for communication with charging piles, starting charging for DC charging piles, load function, and communication protocol consistency testing;

Can serve as a simple load for AC/DC charging pile testing, used together with on-site calibration instruments for AC/DC charging piles;

Can be used by charging pile manufacturers, operators, and other units for basic inspection and troubleshooting of charging piles.

                                       

Main Functions  

              

Integrated AC/DC design, equipped with both national standard AC gun holder and DC gun holder interfaces;

  • Built-in electric vehicle control guide circuit, BMS simulator, and battery voltage simulator;
  • Built-in 4kW power load to meet the load testing requirements of charging piles;
  • Equipped with multiple communication interfaces including RS-232 and CAN, usable for software control and communication message monitoring;
  • Supports two modes: BMS and load, switchable via panel switch; BMS mode is used for DC charging pile communication protocol consistency testing;
  • Supports two power supply modes: mains power and charging pile power supply.
  • Equipped with working power, operation, and fault indicator lights to indicate device status;
  • Uses forced air cooling, with temperature monitoring at air inlet and outlet, and features over-temperature protection;
  • Equipped with fan operation status monitoring to prevent fan stall faults.
