XL-A504 The off-board charger protocol consistency tester is independently developed by our company. It is a specialized product used to simulate the electric vehicle battery management system and test the protocol consistency function of off-board conductive DC chargers. This product is compact and lightweight, making it very convenient for electric vehicle charging pile companies or third-party R&D testing and on-site testing. The design of this product complies with the following standards:

Main Functions

                  

  • Control guide function. Simulates BMS system detecting CC2; can also test charging pile detecting CC1 function;
  • Equipped with vehicle control guide test function: provides CC1 control guide circuit to ensure correct connection between charging gun and tester; detects charging gun access through CC2 detection circuit;
  • Built-in high-voltage power supply module to simulate battery voltage;
  • Simulates electric vehicle BMS system, simulating the complete charging communication process between vehicle and charger;
  • Tests charger communication protocol consistency according to the communication protocol consistency test standard, records charger communication messages, and performs analysis to help testers determine the cause of charging failure;
  • Operated via tablet computer, enabling wireless data transmission and testing, convenient operation, improving testers' work efficiency and enthusiasm.
