XL-A821 AC/DC Charging Pile Calibration Device Integrates AC and DC standard meters (0.01 level/0.02 level optional) and AC/DC standard sources into one unit, adopting a modular design. The AC and DC standard meters, clock unit, and other standards are detachable for inspection. According to relevant calibration regulations, it can be used for initial calibration, subsequent calibration, and in-use inspection It is suitable for accuracy testing and calibration of charging equipment testers, establishing a traceability system for charging equipment testers for metrology departments, power departments, and testing institutions, as well as manufacturers requiring factory test calibration of charging equipment testers.

Main Functions

 

  • According to relevant calibration regulations, it can perform initial calibration, subsequent calibration, and in-use inspection of AC electric vehicle AC charging pile calibration devices and electric vehicle off-board charger calibration devices. Initial calibration, subsequent calibration, and in-use inspection.
  • The integrated calibration device is level 0.01 (optional 0.02), built-in 0.01 level (optional 0.02) AC standard meter, 0.01 level (optional 0.02) DC standard meter, and clock unit, all detachable for easy inspection.
  • The device has built-in AC voltage source and DC voltage source, supports three-phase AC voltage output, fundamental wave and fundamental wave superimposed with harmonics output, supports single-channel DC voltage output, DC voltage and DC voltage superimposed with ripple output.
  • The device has built-in AC/DC integrated current source, supports three-phase AC current and three-phase combined DC current output, AC output supports fundamental wave and fundamental wave superimposed with harmonics output, DC output supports DC and DC ripple output.
  • The device supports two modes: simulated real load detection mode and virtual load detection mode. The simulated real load detection mode can simulate the real load test environment of the charging pile on-site, including the influence of on-site connections and impedance; the virtual load detection mode has a separate calibration interface and does not include the influence of on-site connections and impedance; both modes can be switched programmatically or manually, facilitating automatic calibration of the whole machine.
  • The device has DC and AC charging gun interfaces, DC and AC charging socket interfaces, allowing plug-in connection to the charging pile calibration device without complex wiring.
  • The device has excellent temperature stability, with core components being military-grade products with temperature coefficients as low as 1 PPM.
  • The built-in power source uses hardware PID technology, with high stability and extremely fast response, response time at millisecond level.
  • All modules inside the device communicate and interconnect, controllable via a single RJ45 communication port for easy connection.
  • The device has comprehensive protection functions including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, short circuit, open circuit, and overload protection.
  • The device is equipped with powerful and easy-to-operate software that can complete testing of AC charging pile calibration devices and DC charger calibration devices according to calibration regulations, and can generate test reports with one click. It can run on industrial control computers or PCs.
