XL-A823 AC Charging Pile Verification Instrument Calibration Device Integrates a three-phase AC standard meter (0.01 level/0.02 level optional) and a three-phase AC power source (stability 0.01%) into one unit, adopting a modular design. The three-phase AC standard meter, clock unit, and other standards are detachable for inspection. According to relevant calibration regulations, it can be used for initial calibration, subsequent calibration, and in-use inspection of electric vehicle AC charging pile verification instruments. It is suitable for accuracy testing and calibration of charging equipment testers, establishing a metrological traceability system for charging equipment testers by metrology departments, power departments, and testing agencies. It is also suitable for charging pile manufacturers requiring factory test calibration of charging equipment testers and is compatible with European standard seat detection.

- Real Load and Virtual Load Calibration Modes: Supports two modes: simulated real load detection mode and virtual load detection mode, switchable by program/manual; in real load detection mode, voltage and current are not isolated, simulating the on-site test environment of the charging pile verification instrument, including the effects of contact and impedance; in virtual load detection mode, there is a separate calibration port, voltage and current are isolated, excluding the effects of contact and impedance.
- Connector Metering Mode: The energy metering point inside the calibration device is set at the charging gun head (pile side), with precise compensation for the charging gun line resistance to ensure matching with the verification instrument and charging pile metering points.
- Plug and Test: Through the national standard AC charging gun cable and AC charging gun cable, it can be directly connected to the verification instrument to carry out calibration work without additional adapter cables.
- One-Key Detection: All the above modes support manual/program control switching and can complete charging machine calibration with one key, avoiding operational errors.
- Simulate Complex On-Site Working Conditions Testing: Voltage and current can output AC signals with dynamic metering characteristics to simulate application conditions for metrological verification of AC charging pile verification instruments.
- Millisecond-Level Energy Accumulation: Millisecond-level energy accumulation register update rate improves the test accuracy of accumulated energy under dynamic waveforms.
- Flexible Configuration: The device accuracy level can be configured by selecting standard meters with different readiness levels.
