Scope of Application
 

The XL-A824 Super Charging Pile Verification Instrument Calibration Device can realize the calibration of DC charging pile verification instruments and super charging pile verification instruments. The device integrates a wide-range high-precision DC standard meter (0.01 level/0.02 level optional) and a DC standard source into one unit, adopting a modular design scheme. The DC standard meter, clock unit, and other standard instruments are detachable for inspection. According to relevant calibration regulations, it can be used for initial calibration, subsequent calibration, and in-use inspection It is suitable for accuracy testing and calibration of charging equipment testers, establishing a metrological traceability system for charging equipment testers by metrology departments, power departments, and testing institutions, and for charging pile manufacturers that need factory test calibration of charging equipment testers.

  • High Accuracy: Power and energy accuracy level 0.01/0.02 level Optional, built-in 0.01/0.02 level DC standard meter, stability 0.005% DC standard source.
  • Wide Range: Output measurement range 10V-1500V, 0.1A-800A
  • Real load and virtual load calibration modes: Supports two modes: simulated real load detection mode and virtual load detection mode, switchable by program/manual; in real load detection mode, voltage and current are not isolated, simulating the on-site test environment of charging pile verification instruments, including the effects of contact and impedance; in virtual load detection mode, there is a separate calibration port, voltage and current are isolated, excluding the effects of contact and impedance.
  • Gun head metering mode: The energy metering point inside the calibration device is set at the charging gun head (pile side), with precise compensation for the charging gun line resistance to ensure matching with the verification instrument and charging pile metering points.
  • Compatible with multiple super charging interfaces: Equipped with existing market super charging interfaces such as 2015+ interface and chaoji interface, allowing direct plug-in connection for calibration work without additional adapter cables.
  • Plug and test: Through the national standard DC charging gun cable, it can be directly connected to the verification instrument to carry out calibration work without additional adapter cables.
  • Forced air cooling: Uses forced air cooling for super charging interface heat dissipation to solve the heating problem of high-current super charging interfaces.
  • Current sampling DC+ and DC- modes: The current loop supports manual/program-controlled switching between DC+ and DC- loops, allowing calibration of charging pile verification instruments with current sampling located at DC+ or DC-.
  • One-key detection: All the above modes support manual/program-controlled switching, enabling one-key completion of charging machine calibration to avoid operational errors.
  • Simulate complex on-site working conditions testing: Voltage and current can output 10Hz-500Hz any single or multi-frequency combined dynamic characteristic DC signals to simulate application conditions for metrological calibration of DC charging pile verification instruments.
  • Millisecond-level energy accumulation: Millisecond-level energy accumulation register update rate improves the testing accuracy of accumulated energy under AC and DC dynamic waveforms.
  • Flexible configuration: The device accuracy level can be configured by selecting standard meters with different readiness levels.
  • Easy inspection submission: Built-in DC standard meter and clock unit are detachable for separate inspection submission, no on-site inspection required, making annual inspections more convenient.
  • Other applications: Equipped with conventional standard meter wiring terminals, it can carry out calibration work for conventional DC voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, and standard energy meters.
  • Professional software: Supports automatic or semi-automatic calibration of DC charging pile verification instruments, supports calibration data recording and management, and can automatically generate calibration certificates according to templates after calibration, with freely editable templates.
