XL-A825 Supercharging Pile Verification Instrument Calibration Extension Device Based on the existing DC charging pile verification instrument calibration device, it realizes the function expansion for supercharging pile verification instruments. The device integrates ultra-high precision voltage ratio standards (0.005 level/0.01 level optional), ultra-high precision current ratio standards (0.005 level/0.01 level optional), and a wide-range DC standard source into one unit, adopting a modular design. The ultra-high precision voltage ratio standards and ultra-high precision current ratio standards can be detached for inspection. Together with the DC charging pile verification instrument calibration device, according to relevant calibration regulations, it can perform initial calibration, subsequent calibration, and in-use inspection of electric vehicle DC charging machine verification instruments. It is suitable for accuracy testing and calibration of charging equipment testers and expands the detection capabilities of supercharging pile verification instruments for metrology departments, power departments, quality inspection agencies, and testing institutions.

  • Plug and Test: Can be directly connected to the verification instrument through the national standard DC charging gun cable to carry out calibration work without additional adapters.
  • Forced Air Cooling: Uses forced air cooling for the supercharging interface to solve the heating problem caused by large current supercharging interfaces.
  • Current Sampling DC+ and DC- Modes: The current loop supports switching between DC+ and DC- loops, allowing calibration of charging pile verification instruments with current sampling located at DC+ or DC-.
  • Simulate Complex On-site Working Conditions Testing: Voltage and current can output any single or multiple frequency combination dynamic characteristic DC signals within 10Hz-500Hz to simulate application conditions.
  • Flexible Configuration: Can flexibly configure ultra-high precision voltage ratio standards and ultra-high precision current ratio standards of different readiness levels according to needs, with future upgrade options.
  • Convenient for Inspection: Built-in ultra-high precision voltage ratio standards and ultra-high precision current ratio standards can be detached individually for inspection without on-site testing, making annual inspections more convenient.
  • Other Applications: Equipped with conventional standard meter wiring terminals, capable of calibrating conventional wide-range DC voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, and standard electric energy meters.
