XL-201 AC/DC Transient Standard Source Suitable for transient testing of analog input merging units in intelligent substations (digital substations). The transient source can output transient test waveform signals that meet the requirements of the State Grid Corporation enterprise standard: Q/GDW 11015-2013 "Analog Input Merging Unit Testing Specification." It can output transient high current and can be used in scenarios requiring transient performance testing of merging units, transformers, etc.
 

Main Functions

 

  • Steady-state testing: fundamental wave ratio and phase difference testing, harmonic ratio and phase difference accuracy testing, frame integrity testing, protocol analysis testing.
  • Transient verification testing: peak instantaneous error verification (3 times, 10 times, 20 times high current, etc.), non-periodic component decay time constant error verification, arbitrary transient waveform verification, channel recording analysis. AC current output from 0.01 to 5KHz, with superimposed DC bias.
  • DC current output with superimposed AC ripple.
  • Comtrade waveform playback, supports reading comtrade files.
  • Arbitrary waveform editing and output, can be used to reproduce complex waveform signals.
  • Synchronized zero-crossing trigger pulse output; external trigger pulse output; supports both DC B code and second pulse modes.
  • Single cycle and repeated output functions.

  • The XL-201 has preset typical test waveforms that users can directly call for output, or import waveform data from comtrade waveform files for output.
  • The XL-201 also provides rich and powerful waveform editing functions. Users can use the supporting XL3800 AC/DC current transient software to edit waveforms based on relevant formulas and harmonic components. The software provides a waveform display interface with a WYSIWYG experience, making it very easy to reproduce various transient waveforms using this device.
  • The XL-201 uses high-precision, high-stability components combined with a carefully designed output power amplifier, providing high output accuracy and good stability. It can be used as an AC/DC standard source.
  • The XL-201 features synchronous trigger signal input and output functions, providing synchronous signals to the merging unit when starting output at zero crossing, and can also receive external synchronous trigger signals to start output. Trigger signals support PPS and B code.
  • The XL-201 is also suitable for various scenarios requiring complex waveform signal output capabilities, including field and laboratory use.
