Product Description
Product Introduction
XL-3003DZ-D Small Current Low Power Factor Standard Electric Energy Meter Designed according to standards such as "JJG 597-2005 Verification Regulations for AC Electric Energy Meter Verification Devices" and "JJG 597-202x Verification Regulations for AC Electric Energy Meter Verification Devices." The current JJG 597-2005 standard sets the lower limit for current measurement at 10mA and power factor measurement at 0.5. Compared to JJG 597-2005, the new JJG 597-202x standard requires testing at a lower current measurement limit of 0.3mA and a power factor measurement limit of 0.25. The XL-3003DZW has an accuracy class of 0.02, using a 1G MAC-based DSP, a high-speed embedded controller, and a 24-bit high-precision ADC. It can measure power frequency (45Hz–65Hz) frequency, amplitude, phase, and active energy, perform harmonic power (voltage, current) combined measurements, with a minimum test current of 0.3mA and a minimum power factor of 0.1. It is suitable for power departments, enterprises, and research institutions that need to measure and verify small current and low power factor metering performance in power systems, as well as other occasions requiring high-precision standard meters for small current and low power factor measurement and verification. This device features high safety, ease of operation, a large touchscreen for control and display, and remote control capabilities.
Main Functions
- High measurement accuracy, designed according to standards such as "JJG 597-2005 Verification Regulations for AC Electric Energy Meter Verification Devices" and "JJG 597-202x Verification Regulations for AC Electric Energy Meter Verification Devices," with an accuracy class of 0.02. Supports power and energy measurement performance testing within voltage range 0-100V, current range 0.3mA-0.3A, and power factor range 0.1-1.0.
- Small current and low power factor metering, supporting power and energy measurement testing at a minimum current of 0.3mA and minimum power factor of 0.1.
- Automatic measurement switching: within the measurement range, voltage and current are input through a single terminal set, with full-range automatic gear switching to ensure measurement accuracy across the range.
- 2 to 50 harmonic measurements, meeting testing requirements of standards such as JJG1106-2015, AC dynamic performance, and IR46.
- 24-bit high-speed ADC: uses industry-leading 24-bit ADC chips and multi-core DSP processors with large-capacity DDR memory, offering high sampling rate, strong computing power, and high accuracy.
- High annual stability: uses high-precision imported components, with a typical annual stability value of 60ppm, allowing long-term use without calibration.
- Measurement value statistical analysis function: can statistically analyze maximum, minimum, variation, and standard deviation of amplitude and power, helping analyze short-term stability and trends.
- Convenient human-machine interaction: equipped with a large touchscreen display, clear and intuitive value display, and multiple interfaces including RJ45, RS232, and USB, facilitating the construction of automated testing systems.
