XL-3213 Three-Phase Dynamic Distortion Standard Power Source
The XL-3213 three-phase dynamic distortion standard power source (hereinafter referred to as XL-3213) can output three-phase AC/DC voltage and three-phase AC/DC current. Both voltage and current can output DC, square wave, triangle wave, sine wave, superimposed harmonics, fundamental wave with low-frequency oscillation, custom waveforms, and various types of waveform splicing output functions.

The XL-3213 three-phase dynamic distortion standard power source (hereinafter referred to as XL-3213) can output three-phase AC/DC voltage and three-phase AC/DC current. Both voltage and current can output DC, square wave, triangular wave, sine wave, various harmonic superpositions, fundamental wave superimposed low-frequency oscillations, custom waveforms, and various types of waveform splicing outputs. It can serve as a dynamic/harmonic standard voltage source, dynamic/harmonic standard current source, dynamic/harmonic standard power source, AC/DC standard power source, and power quality test standard source. Voltage output range is DC-3kHz, current output range is DC-2.5kHz, with an accuracy class of 0.05. It can be used for testing and calibration of AC/DC voltmeters, AC/DC ammeters, AC/DC wattmeters, dynamic distortion load energy meters, harmonic energy meters, IR46 energy meters, transient detection of transformers, and power quality analyzers. It is suitable for power departments, metrology departments, quality inspection departments, research institutions, universities, and enterprises engaged in production and R&D of energy meters, distribution terminals, power management, load control, power quality, and non-intrusive monitoring.
Main Functions
- According to "JJG1106-2015 Working Static Harmonic Active Energy Meter Verification Regulations", "T/CIMA 0020-2020 AC Energy Meter Dynamic Performance Test Device", and "T/CIMA 0021-2020 Harmonic Active Energy Meter Test Device", it can serve as an AC standard voltage source, AC standard current source, and AC standard power source, and can be used for dynamic/harmonic energy detection.
- Voltage output range is 30~264V, 0-3kHz, serving as a wide-frequency AC standard voltage source, capable of verifying and calibrating the harmonic/dynamic performance of AC voltmeter devices. Current output range is 10mA-12A, 0-2.5kHz, serving as a wide-frequency AC standard current source, capable of verifying and calibrating the harmonic/dynamic performance of AC ammeter devices.
- Built-in error calculation module, serving as a standard power source, meeting the detection requirements of dynamic/harmonic related meters, power quality analysis, non-intrusive monitoring, and other harmonic/dynamic metering devices.

- Waveform Recording and Playback: The device supports on-site waveform recording and playback functions, allowing repeated playback of a waveform segment or long-term playback of continuous recorded files in Comtrade format. This function enables simulation of on-site environment testing and verification of the device under test in the laboratory.
- Multiple Waveform Editing Methods: Dynamic waveform output supports formula editing, with built-in common mathematical formulas such as trigonometric functions and arithmetic operations; waveform file download allows direct output of pre-edited waveform files, including all waveforms in IEC62052 appendix and waveforms required by IR46 testing; harmonic output is edited by harmonic content and order; hand-drawn waveform output allows arbitrary waveform fitting by hand drawing; suitable for research and development testing.
- Synchronous Trigger Output Function: Equipped with a synchronous input interface, it can start output triggered by an external synchronous signal or track external periodic trigger signals for zero-cross synchronization output, outputting single/multiple cycles or continuous output. This function can be used to achieve phase-synchronized output among multiple devices.
- Superior Harmonic Output Capability: The device has powerful fundamental wave superimposed harmonic output capability, supporting up to 100 harmonic orders, allowing arbitrary multiple superpositions of various harmonics with output content adjustable within the output range, exceeding 100%. Supports various output states such as voltage dips, flicker, and unbalance for power quality analysis.
- High Frequency Resolution: Equipped with DDS digital frequency synthesis function, capable of precise frequency modulation and accurate output of 0-3kHz frequency with a frequency resolution of 0.002Hz.
- Low Load Regulation: The power amplifier adopts hardware closed-loop deep negative feedback technology, with adjustment time from no load to full load at millisecond level, and typical load regulation less than 0.01%.
- Low Waveform Distortion: 50,000 points per cycle, compared to industry standard of 360-3600 points, with typical distortion of 0.03%, industry standard is 0.2%.
- Human-Machine Interaction, Simple and Flexible: Equipped with a large-size touch display, clear and intuitive value display, with multiple interfaces including RJ45, RS232, and USB, facilitating the construction of automated test systems.
