XL-221 Single-phase Dynamic Distortion Standard Power Source
The XL-221 single-phase dynamic distortion standard power source can output single-phase AC/DC voltage and single-phase AC/DC current. Both voltage and current can output DC, square wave, triangle wave, sine wave, as well as superimpose harmonics up to the 100th order, fundamental wave with low-frequency oscillation, custom waveforms, and various types of waveform splicing output functions.

XL-221 Single-phase Dynamic Distortion Standard Power Source Can output single-phase AC/DC voltage and single-phase AC/DC current, with voltage and current capable of outputting DC, square wave, triangle wave, sine wave, and superimposed harmonics up to the 100th order, fundamental wave with low-frequency oscillation, custom waveforms, and various types of waveform splicing output functions. It can be used in scenarios requiring complex waveform signal output, such as dynamic performance testing of electric energy meters, transformer testing, harmonic analysis, etc. Using the XL-221 single-phase dynamic waveform power source, many previously impossible tasks can be easily accomplished, such as dynamic performance testing of electric energy meters; performance indicator testing of sampling devices under various complex waveforms; outputting various high-precision signal waveforms that were previously unattainable on standard sources.
Main Functions
- According to the JJG1106-2015 Static Harmonic Active Energy Meter Verification Regulation, T/CIMA 0020-2020 AC Energy Meter Dynamic Performance Testing Device, T/CIMA 0021-2020 Harmonic Active Energy Meter Testing Device , it can serve as an AC standard voltage source, AC standard current source, and AC standard power source, suitable for dynamic/harmonic energy detection.
- Voltage Output Range 30~264V, 0-3KHz , can be used as a wide-frequency AC standard voltage source, capable of verifying and calibrating the harmonic/dynamic performance of AC voltmeters.
- Current Output Range 10mA-12A, 0-2.5KHz , can be used as a wide-frequency AC standard current source, capable of verifying and calibrating the harmonic/dynamic performance of AC ammeters.
- Built-in error calculation module, serving as a standard power source, meeting the detection requirements of dynamic/harmonic related meters, power quality analysis, non-intrusive monitoring, and other harmonic/dynamic metering devices.

- High Accuracy: Best output accuracy level for power/energy is 0.05, best accuracy level for voltage and current is 0.05, best harmonic output accuracy is 0.2%, best frequency accuracy is 0.005Hz, suitable for dynamic/harmonic energy detection and calibration.
- Wide Output Range: 30~264V, 10mA-12A, fundamental frequency 0-3KHz, capable of outputting various transient, dynamic, harmonic, simple harmonic, DC, AC superimposed low-frequency oscillation waveforms, serving as standard voltage source, standard current source, and standard power source, meeting the detection and calibration needs of dynamic/harmonic related meters, power quality analysis, non-intrusive monitoring, and other harmonic/dynamic metering devices.
- Waveform Recording and Playback: The device supports on-site waveform recording and playback functions, allowing repeated playback of a waveform segment or long-term playback of continuous recorded waveform files in Comtrade format. This function enables laboratory simulation of field environment testing and verification for the device under test.
- Various Waveform Editing Methods: Dynamic waveform output supports formula editing with built-in common mathematical formulas such as trigonometric functions and arithmetic operations; waveform file download allows direct output of pre-edited waveform files, including all waveforms in IEC62052 appendix and waveforms required by IR46 testing; harmonic output allows editing output waveforms by harmonic content and order; hand-drawn waveform output enables arbitrary waveform fitting by hand-drawing waveform lines; suitable for research and development testing.
- Synchronous Trigger Output Function: Equipped with a synchronous input interface, it can start output triggered by an external synchronous signal or track external periodic trigger signals for zero-cross synchronization output, outputting single/multiple cycles or continuous output. This function can be used to achieve phase-synchronized output among multiple devices.
- Excellent Harmonic Output Capability: The device has powerful fundamental wave superimposed harmonic output capability, with a maximum output of the 63rd harmonic, supporting arbitrary multiple superposition of each harmonic order, with output content adjustable within the output range, exceeding 100%, supporting various output states such as voltage dips and unbalance for power quality analysis.
- High Frequency Resolution: Equipped with DDS digital frequency synthesis function, capable of precise frequency modulation, accurately outputting frequencies from 0 to 3KHz with a frequency resolution of 0.002Hz.
- Low Load Regulation: The power amplifier adopts hardware closed-loop deep negative feedback technology, with adjustment time from no load to full load at millisecond level, typical load regulation rate less than 0.01%.
- Low Waveform Distortion: 50,000 points per cycle, industry standard is 360-3600 points, typical distortion is 0.03%, industry standard is 0.2%.
- Human-Machine Interaction, Simple and Flexible: Equipped with a large touchscreen display, clear and intuitive value display, with multiple interfaces including RJ45, RS232, USB, facilitating the construction of automated test systems.
