XL-3203 Three-Phase Harmonic Standard Power Source (Hereinafter referred to as XL-3203) can output three-phase voltage and three-phase current. Both voltage and current can output even harmonics, square waves, triangular waves, sine waves, superimposed harmonics of various orders, fundamental wave superimposed low-frequency oscillations, custom waveforms, and various types of waveform splicing output functions. It can serve as a harmonic standard voltage source, harmonic standard current source, harmonic standard power source, wide-frequency AC standard power source, and power quality test standard source. Voltage output range is 10-3kHz, current output range is 10-2.5kHz, with an accuracy class of 0.05. It can be used for testing and calibration of AC voltmeters, AC ammeters, AC wattmeters, harmonic energy meters, IR46 energy meters, and power quality analyzers. It is suitable for power departments, metrology departments, quality inspection departments, research institutions, universities, and enterprises engaged in production and research of energy meters, distribution terminals, power management, load control, power quality, and non-intrusive monitoring.

  • According to "JJG1106-2015 Working Static Harmonic Active Energy Meter Verification Regulations" and "T/CIMA 0021-2020 Harmonic Active Energy Meter Inspection Device", it can serve as a wide-frequency AC standard voltage source, wide-frequency AC standard current source, and wide-frequency AC standard power source, and can be used for harmonic energy detection.
  • Voltage output range 30~264V, 10-3kHz, can serve as a wide-frequency AC standard voltage source, capable of verifying and calibrating the harmonic performance of AC voltmeter devices.
  • Current output range 10mA-12A, 10-2.5kHz, can serve as a wide-frequency AC standard current source, capable of verifying and calibrating the harmonic performance of AC ammeter devices.
  • Built-in error calculation module, serving as a standard power source, meeting the testing requirements of harmonic-related meters, power quality analysis, non-intrusive monitoring, and other harmonic/dynamic metering devices.

  • Waveform Recording and Playback: The device supports on-site waveform recording and playback functions, allowing repeated playback of a waveform segment or long-term continuous playback of recorded files in Comtrade format. This function enables simulation of on-site environment testing and verification of the device under test in the laboratory.
  • Multiple Waveform Editing Methods: Waveform file download, edited and generated waveform files can be output directly, such as all waveforms in IEC62052 appendix and waveforms required by IR46 testing; harmonic output can be edited and output by harmonic content and order; suitable for research and development testing.
  • Synchronous Trigger Output Function: Equipped with synchronous input interface, can start output triggered by external synchronous signals or track external periodic trigger signals for zero-crossing synchronous output, outputting single/multiple cycles or continuous output. This function can be used to achieve phase-synchronized output among multiple devices.
  • Excellent Harmonic Output Capability: The device has strong fundamental wave superimposed harmonic output capability, with a maximum output of 63 harmonics, supporting arbitrary multiple superposition of each harmonic order, and output content rate can be set arbitrarily within the output range, exceeding 100%.
  • High Frequency Resolution: Equipped with DDS digital frequency synthesis function, capable of precise frequency modulation, accurately outputting 10-3KHz frequency with a frequency resolution of 0.002Hz.
  • Low Load Regulation: The power amplifier adopts hardware closed-loop deep negative feedback technology, with adjustment time from no load to full load at millisecond level, typical load regulation less than 0.01%.
