XL-901 DC Standard Meter It is our company's latest designed and developed DC energy metering standard device, suitable for DC energy metering and traceability. It uses imported industrial-grade components from abroad, combined with the company's latest technology design and development. The energy accuracy levels are 0.05/0.02/0.01, capable of accurately measuring DC voltage from 0V to 1000V (MAX: 1200V), DC current from 0 to 500A (MAX: 600A), and small signals from 0-10V (MAX: 12V). The accuracy levels for these measurements are 0.02/0.01/0.005. It can be used for measuring DC voltage, current, power, and energy, features pulse output terminals for easy inspection by metrology institutes, and has pulse input terminals for DC energy error detection. This device has been certified by the China Institute of Metrology.

This device uses an 800×600 LCD screen with full Chinese display, featuring a clear and simple interface and easy operation. The core module uses a 32-bit high-speed DSP, offering powerful functions and high reliability.

 

Main Functions

  • According to "JJG-842-2017 Electronic DC Meter Verification Regulations" and "JJGXXXX-20XX DC Standard Energy" (draft for approval), it can serve as a standard voltmeter, standard ammeter, small signal voltage standard meter, direct or indirect standard wattmeter, and standard energy meter for verifying low-grade meters under test.
  • Voltage measurement range is 10mV-1200V, can be used as a standard voltmeter to verify and calibrate DC voltage source equipment. When paired with a test voltage source, it can verify and calibrate DC voltmeter equipment.
  • Current measurement range is 100uA-600A, can be used as a standard ammeter to verify and calibrate DC current source equipment. When paired with a test current source, it can verify and calibrate DC ammeter equipment.
  • Small signal voltage measurement range is 100uV-12V, can be used as a standard small signal test meter to verify and calibrate DC small signal voltage source equipment. When paired with a test voltage source, it can verify and calibrate DC small signal voltmeter equipment.
  • As a standard wattmeter and standard energy meter, it can verify and calibrate power sources and DC meter verification devices. When paired with a test power source, it can verify and calibrate wattmeters and energy meters.
  • As a DC metering standard device, it meets the traceability and calibration requirements for DC energy meters, DC shunt verification devices, charging pile calibrators, and DC verification devices.

  • Synchronous Sampling of Voltage and Current: DC voltage and DC current (including direct and indirect current) use synchronous sampling technology. Under the control of a synchronous clock, voltage and current values at the same moment are sampled to calculate power and energy, eliminating measurement errors caused by asynchronous sampling of DC voltage and current.
  • Temperature Drift Compensation Function: Built-in temperature measurement circuit monitors the device temperature in real time and compensates for temperature drift based on the measured temperature.
  • Energy Accumulation Error Comparison Method: In addition to supporting the standard meter method for energy verification, it also supports the energy accumulation error comparison method, facilitating verification, traceability, and calibration of charging pile calibrators.
  • Low Input Impedance at Current Port: Voltage at the current input port is less than 0.65V across the full range; input impedance is less than 3mΩ for 100A range and less than 0.25mΩ for 600A range.
  • Safe, Reliable, and Flexible to Use Voltage and current (including direct and indirect current) are fully electrically isolated. Accurate measurement can be achieved regardless of whether the measured voltage and current are isolated or share a high or low end.
  • Measurement Value Statistical Analysis: Can calculate maximum, minimum, variation, and standard deviation of amplitude and power, helping analyze short-term stability and trends.
  • Human-Machine Interaction: Equipped with a large touchscreen display, clear and intuitive value display, with RJ45RS232 USB and multiple interfaces, convenient for building automated test systems.
