XL-809T1 Distribution Network AC Sensor Calibration Device This device organically combines the calibrator with standard current transformers, current boosters, standard voltage transformers, voltage boosters, load boxes, and other equipment (components) into a desktop distribution network AC sensor calibration device. It can perform fully automatic detection of ratio error and phase error for sensors of 0.2S grade and below, automatically generate test reports, and can test voltage or current sensors. It has high work efficiency and is especially suitable for sensor manufacturers and inspection agencies conducting batch inspections.

 

Main Functions

  • Realizes the calibration of ratio error and phase error for distribution network current sensors (ECT), voltage sensors (EVT), and current-voltage sensors (ECVT).
  • The distribution network AC sensor device integrates traditional equipment (components) into one, equipped with current boosters, standard current transformers, self-boosting standard voltage transformers, and AC variable frequency power supply. It has a high degree of automation, and the measurement methods comply with current transformer calibration regulations. All equipment (components) within the device can be individually sent for inspection according to existing calibration regulations. The device is user-friendly for operators to perform testing in laboratories and other locations, providing great convenience.
  • Displays primary voltage, current, frequency, and other related information with full Chinese operation prompts, making operation convenient. It can store multiple sets of measurement data for long-term retention, facilitating comprehensive evaluation of calibrated parameters.
  • Can display the output waveform of the calibrated sensor in real time, along with related parameters, and automatically save calibration data.
  • Allows editing of test plans for customized calibration of test points, conveniently records calibration point error records, and by clicking report generation, specified error data can be saved as Excel files for easy archiving or error analysis.
  • This product has strong adaptability and scalability, supporting subsequent upgrades.
