XL-809CT3 Distribution Network Current Sensor Calibration System This system organically combines calibration instruments, standard current transformers, current boosters, load boxes, and other equipment (components) into a desktop device for calibrating distribution network current sensors. It can fully automatically test ratio error and phase error for sensors of 0.2S grade and below, automatically generate test reports, and test multiple current sensors at once, achieving high work efficiency. It is especially suitable for current sensor manufacturers and institutions conducting batch inspections. The built-in calibration instrument module is based on digital sampling and digital processing technology, using a dual-CPU architecture with powerful functions. It employs a 24-bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology to greatly expand bandwidth and improve measurement accuracy, achieving an accuracy level of 0.05. Additionally, multi-level automatic switching and FIR filters enhance dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio. The current sensor calibration system software is developed on the QT platform, featuring a beautiful interface and ease of use.
