Product Description
Product Introduction
XL-809A Current Transformer Automatic Testing Device This is a verification device developed by our company that integrates a primary large current source output and current transformer calibration. It is mainly used for automatic testing devices of electronic current transformers in digital substations. The built-in current source is a new generation high-precision standard power source composed of a 1.2G MAC-based DSP, large-scale FPGA, high-speed high-precision DA, and high-fidelity power amplifier. The built-in transformer calibrator also adopts a dual-CPU architecture with powerful functions, greatly expanding bandwidth and improving measurement accuracy through a 24-bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology. The XL-809A itself has an accuracy level of 0.05 and can calibrate current transformers below the 0.2S level.
Features
- Can output a pure sinusoidal standard current source signal with a distortion rate of 0.03% (typical value).
- Frequency output adjustable from 40Hz to 65Hz with a resolution of 0.002Hz and accuracy of 0.002Hz.
- Strong load capacity, capable of fully loading capacitive, inductive, resistive, or composite loads, with a load regulation rate better than 0.01% RG.
- Able to simulate the standard current output of traditional primary transformer measurement; the standard current source output range is 0 to 120A, with a continuous 100A current output time within five minutes, providing a standard current source signal for traditional transformer verification.
- Calibrator test range is 0 to 5A, meaning the rated secondary current of the tested current transformer can be set arbitrarily within 0.005A to 5A and allows detection up to 120% of the rated value.
- System comprehensive measurement accuracy better than 0.05%.
- The calibrator can be configured with a standard transformer and uses a comparison measurement method for testing. Under this test condition, fully automatic testing can be completed with one key using the built-in standard current source, or manual testing can be performed with an external current amplifier.
- The calibrator can be used without a standard transformer, using the built-in standard current source and direct measurement method for testing. Under this condition, fully automatic testing can be completed with one key.
- The detection points of the calibrator can be set independently, and the qualification standards can also be set independently. During testing, it can automatically capture test points and determine test results.
- Realizes calibration of angle difference and ratio difference of traditional transformers, can record test results, conveniently record verification point errors, and generate reports with one click to save recorded error data as Word documents for easy archiving or error analysis. Can output to a computer with options to store or store and print; print format is programmable.
- Local functions: equipped with an 800*600 large touchscreen LCD and industrial control computer operation, facilitating local operation, software upgrades, and data transfer.
- Integrated design with compact size and lightweight, convenient for on-site testing work, supporting both touchscreen and keyboard input, providing good usability.
