XL-3642 Low Frequency Current Transformer Calibrator It can test electromagnetic (low frequency) current transformers with rated frequencies from 15Hz to 65Hz (such as 20Hz) that comply with "GB/T 20840.2 Transformers Part 2: Supplementary Technical Requirements for Current Transformers" and "GB/T 20840.8 Transformers Part 8: Electronic Current Transformers." Based on the digital comparison transformer calibration principle, the core uses a dual-CPU architecture, offering powerful functions. With a 24-bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology, the bandwidth is greatly expanded and measurement accuracy is improved. At the same time, an FIR filter is used to enhance dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio. The independently developed human-machine interaction software adopts a popular design, making it simple and convenient to use.

  • Power frequency error (ratio error, phase error) test of voltage/current transformers;
  • 2nd to 40th harmonic error (ratio error, phase error) test of voltage/current transformers;
  • Influence test of 2nd to 40th harmonic error (ratio error, phase error) of voltage/current transformers;
  • DC voltage/current transformer error test;
  • Harmonic content analysis and waveform distortion rate calculation of the secondary output of voltage/current transformers, and testing of ratio error and phase error for each harmonic order;
