XL-847 Electronic Transformer Tester Integrated Calibration Device, Capable of comprehensive calibration of electronic transformer testers, used by provincial-level and above electric power research institutes, metrology research institutes, and other units for comprehensive testing of electronic transformer testers below 0.05 class.

 

Main Functions                            

 

  • Dual Synchronous Calibration Mode Compares ratio error and phase error of electronic transformer testers. Supports calibration using synchronous mode or asynchronous delay mode.
  • Flexible Message Delay Settings Allows setting unequal rated delay and actual absolute delay for sent sampling messages to compare delay measurement errors of electronic transformer testers.
  • Small Signal Output Transformer Calibration: Real-time sampling and digitization of small signals into sampling messages for real-time transmission, comparing ratio and phase errors of small signal electronic transformer testers.
  • Analog Output Transformer Calibration: Able to superimpose ratio and phase micro-differences on analog input sampling values and output digital signals with micro-differences, testing the calibration ability of electronic transformer testers for ratio and phase errors.
  • Sampling Rate Far Exceeds Acquisition Cards: Uses 24Bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology, greatly expanding bandwidth and improving accuracy. Achieves true continuous sampling, supports real-time sampling and publishing at 4k samples per second, completely solving the problem of acquisition cards like 3458A that cannot continuously sample and can only send 10 cycles per second.
  • Wide Harmonic Measurement: Can perform true sampling of analog signals without any filtering, capable of testing harmonic effects and harmonic accuracy of electronic transformer testers.
  • Synchronous Signal Testing: Built-in synchronous clock input/output ports to meet various synchronous signal testing needs of electronic transformer testers; built-in high stability crystal, outputs pulse synchronous signals and can receive external synchronous signal inputs.
  • Built-in Standard Transformer: Uses high-precision standard electronic transformer for real-time sampling and digitization of analog signals to calibrate the tester.
