XL-892-001 Electronic Transformer and Merging Unit Calibration Instrument Measurement Transmission Detection Unit Includes a single-phase standard power source capable of outputting 0~120V AC voltage and 0~6A AC current; an electronic transformer calibrator (merging unit calibrator) integrated calibration device capable of testing angle error and ratio error of electronic transformer calibrators and merging unit testers compliant with IEC61850-9-2 and IEC61850-9-2LE, with digital micro-difference function; a precision clock delay device capable of converting arbitrary time signals such as second pulse, IRIG-B code, electrical signals, and optical signals; a standard clock calibration device that can output a phase-shiftable clock based on a standard input signal or built-in clock; a message jitter calibration device capable of outputting IEC61850-9-2 messages with adjustable frame jitter and transmission delay, and can send or receive synchronization clock signals.

Main Functions

  • Capable of outputting single-phase 0~120V AC voltage and 0~6A AC current;
  • Capable of calibrating ratio error and angle error (synchronous method) of electronic transformer calibrators compliant with IEC61850-9-2 and IEC61850-9-2LE;
  • Capable of calibrating ratio error and angle error (based on fixed delay method) of electronic transformer calibrators compliant with IEC61850-9-2 and IEC61850-9-2LE;
  • Equipped with ratio micro-difference and angle micro-difference setting functions;
  • Able to test phase error of the measured signal using a standard input signal or built-in clock as reference;
  • Able to output two signals with adjustable phase error and output input signals after phase shifting;
  • Able to output IEC61850-9-2 messages with adjustable frame jitter and transmission delay;
  • Able to convert arbitrary time signals such as second pulse, IRIG-B code, electrical signals, optical signals, and differential signals.
