XL-3600T12H High-Precision Current Sensor Calibration System

The XL-3600T12H high-precision current sensor calibration system can test the angle difference, ratio difference, and DC error of power frequency or harmonic currents of current sensors. It can provide ±15V power supply to each device under test and measure the load current on the power supply. It allows setting abnormal threshold values for the load current. The system uses a program-controlled digital synthesized current source and a digital comparative transformer calibrator, featuring high automation and good testing accuracy. It is suitable for use in regional metering centers, research institutions, and manufacturers of high-precision current sensors.

Scope of Application

XL-3600T12H High-Precision Current Sensor Calibration System A calibration system developed by our company for high-precision current sensors, capable of testing the power frequency or harmonic phase difference, ratio difference, and DC error of current sensors. It can provide ±15V power supply to each device under test and measure the load current on the power supply. It allows setting abnormal threshold values for load current. The system uses a program-controlled digital synthesized current source and a digital comparative transformer calibrator, featuring high automation and good testing accuracy. Suitable for regional metrology centers, research institutions, and manufacturers of high-precision current sensors.

  • High Measurement Accuracy: System accuracy level reaches 0.02 grade.
  • High System Integration: The active transformer calibration system consists of a transformer calibrator, digital synthesized AC/DC high current source, AC/DC current ratio standard, calibration platform, power supply and measurement modules for the device under test, and calibration software system. It can automatically complete tests of DC error, power frequency phase difference and ratio difference, half-wave phase difference and ratio difference, and power frequency superimposed DC phase difference and ratio difference of the device under test without manual intervention.
  • Digital Synchronous Sampling: Synchronous sampling technology is used between the calibrator's device under test and standard input. Under the control of a synchronous clock, input values at the same moment are sampled to eliminate measurement errors caused by interference.
  • Use of Digital Standard Source: A program-controlled standard source is used as the current source during calibration, with low waveform distortion and good detection repeatability. The current source is modularly designed with derating capability. In case of failure of individual modules, simply turning off its power switch can remove it from the test system, and the entire system can still operate with derating.
  • Test System Software: The test software is powerful, complete, and flexible, allowing free editing of test plans and automatic testing.
