XL-3620T6 Wide Range Current Transformer Calibration System Complies with the corporate standard of State Grid Corporation of China "QGDW10572.1-2020 Technical Specification for Metering Transformers Part 1: Low Voltage Current Transformers". This standard adds requirements for wide range current transformers and expands the range of transformers. This system can test the ratio error and phase angle error of wide range SS grade current transformers. The system uses a program-controlled current source and a digital comparison transformer calibrator, featuring high automation and good testing accuracy. Suitable for regional metering centers, national metrology centers, research institutions, etc.
 

Main Functions

  • 6-station design, capable of testing 6 wide range current transformers of the same specification simultaneously.
  • Wide range current transformer ratio error and phase error testing. Measurement range is wide, meeting the low voltage current transformer measurement range of 0.1%~200%. Full range automatic gear shifting without the need to switch taps or wiring during the process.
  • Uses 24Bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology, greatly expanding bandwidth and improving accuracy.
  • Uses multi-gear automatic switching and FIR filter to improve dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio.
  • Can display waveform, frequency, amplitude, phase and other data for comprehensive analysis of transformer performance. Capable of testing ratio error, phase error, and composite error of current transformers.
  • Built-in automatic load box. During automatic testing, it automatically controls the current source output at different calibration points and automatically adjusts the load box, enabling full process testing of upper and lower load limits.
  • Fully automatic test process, allows custom calibration schemes, automatically completes the test process according to the scheme and saves calibration data. Can generate various reports with customizable report templates.
  • Equipped with an automatic crimping device for large current wires, providing sufficient pressure, reliable crimping, easy operation, and safer large current crimping.
