XL-3610T6 Micro Current Transformer Calibration System The product is designed according to the specifications such as "Q/GDW11179.15-2015 Technical Specification for Components Used in Electric Energy Meters: Current Transformers" and is used for calibrating micro current transformers for electric energy meters. The system consists of an electronic programmable AC/DC current source, a micro current transformer calibrator, and calibration system software. Its core adopts a dual-CPU architecture with powerful functions, using a 24-bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology to greatly expand bandwidth and improve measurement accuracy. At the same time, an FIR filter is used to improve dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio. The independently developed human-machine interaction software features a popular design, making it simple and convenient to use.

 

Main Functions

  • Six-position design, capable of testing up to six micro current transformers at once;
  • Testing of basic error and composite error of micro current transformers at power frequency;
  • Testing of error and composite error of micro current transformers under power frequency current superimposed with DC component;
  • Testing of error and composite error of micro current transformers under sinusoidal half-wave;
  • Harmonic influence testing of micro current transformers;
  • Analysis of harmonic content and waveform distortion rate of the secondary output of micro current transformers, and testing of ratio error and phase error of each harmonic;
  • Fully automatic testing according to the test plan, with automatic saving of test data;
  • During automatic testing, automatic control of the electronic programmable AC/DC current source to output different calibration points and automatic control of the load box adjustment;
  • Automatic generation of test reports, which can be edited according to user templates;
  • The electronic programmable AC/DC current source can superimpose DC output on the fundamental wave and output sinusoidal half-wave.
