The XL-809E digital comparative transformer tester is developed for the calibration of primary and secondary integrated transformers in distribution networks. Both the standard and the device under test support multiple input signal types. It is not limited to calibrating secondary low-signal transformers but can also calibrate traditional electromagnetic transformers. Calibration items include ratio error, phase error, delay, polarity, etc.
Main Functions
- Can test electronic voltage transformers with small analog output of 0.2 class and below.
- Can test electronic current transformers with small analog output of 0.2 class and below.
- According to the standard "JJG1189.3-2022 Measurement Transformers Part 3: Power Current Transformers", traditional current transformers are calibrated using analog comparison method (difference measurement) and digital comparison method (direct measurement).
- According to the standard "JJG1189.4-2022 Measurement Transformers Part 4: Power Voltage Transformer Calibration Procedures", traditional voltage transformers are calibrated using analog comparison method (difference measurement) and digital comparison method (direct measurement).
- The analog comparison method (difference measurement) supports polar coordinate mode and rectangular coordinate mode.
- Supports ratio and angle error calibration of harmonics under single harmonic or mixed waveform conditions.
- Provides secondary communication protocol, supporting integration with various transformer calibration systems. 。
Main Features
- Uses traditional transformer calibration device (BHE type) and Agilent 3458A digital multimeter to achieve value transfer;
- Adopts 24-bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling, greatly expanding bandwidth and improving accuracy;
- Uses multi-gear automatic switching and FIR filter to improve dynamic range and reduce signal-to-noise ratio;
- Customizable test schemes enable semi-automatic testing; when voltage/current rises to defined points in the scheme, data is automatically recorded and pass/fail judgment is made;
- Real-time display of waveform, frequency, and other data facilitates comprehensive analysis of transformer performance;
- Equipped with industrial control computer and 800*600 touch screen for easy operation;
- Comes with powerful and user-friendly software that can run on industrial control computers or laptops;
- Can statistically analyze mean, variation, extreme values, multiple errors of ratio and phase errors, enabling comprehensive calibration of transformer stability and linearity.
