XL-809 Electronic Transformer Tester (Small Signal Input ) The core adopts a dual-CPU architecture, with powerful functions, greatly expanding bandwidth with a 24Bit AD chip and 512 times oversampling technology, improving measurement accuracy. At the same time, multi-gear automatic switching and FIR filters are used to improve dynamic range and signal-to-noise ratio. Developed with LabView management software, the interface is beautiful and easy to use. The power supply and sampling input adopt a large number of electromagnetic compatibility measures, capable of adapting to complex field test environments. The portable design scheme is convenient for laboratory and field testing. Suitable for laboratory and field precision calibration of electronic transformers with small signal output that meet IEC60044-7/8 standards, with an accuracy of 0.05 level, capable of calibrating electronic transformers with small signal output types of 0.2S and below.
Main Functions
- The XL-809 tests AC sensors that comply with the "T/ZDG018-2018 Technical Conditions for 10kV and 20kV Distribution Network AC Sensors."
- Realizes the calibration of ratio error and phase error of electronic transformers;
- Displays relevant information such as voltage, current, and frequency of the current primary conductor, facilitating comprehensive evaluation of the calibrated parameters;
- Test reference standards: "T/ZDG018-2018 Technical Conditions for 10kV and 20kV Distribution Network AC Sensors," "JJG313-2010 Current Transformer for Measurement," "JJG314-2010 Voltage Transformer for Measurement";
- Can display the waveform of the calibrated sensor in real time to monitor waveform distortion of the tested transformer;
- Convenient error recording at calibration points; clicking report generation saves the recorded error data for easy archiving or error analysis;
- Large screen display with built-in touch screen, full Chinese operation prompts, easy operation, real-time display of measurement data, and statistics. This product has strong adaptability and scalability, supporting future upgrades.
