XL-9200 DC Energy Meter Calibration Device
The XL-9200 DC energy meter calibration device, based on the "JJG-842-2017 Electronic DC Meter Calibration Regulations" and "GBT 33708-2017 Static DC Energy Meter" (co-drafted by Xinglong Technology), can serve as a standard voltage source, standard current source, standard small signal voltage source, direct or indirect standard power source, and standard energy meter calibration device. It meets the output requirements for DC voltage, current, small signal voltage amplitude, power, and energy, with accuracy levels of 0.05/0.02 for voltage and current, and 0.1/0.05 for energy. It can be used for DC testing, traceability, and calibration, suitable for regional metrology centers, provincial metrology centers, research institutions, energy meter manufacturers, and enterprises related to DC metrology. Utilizing the latest technology, its main components are all imported industrial-grade devices. It supports large current signals up to 0–250 ADC with an accuracy better than 0.03%; DC voltage output up to 0–1000 V with an accuracy better than 0.02%; 0–5 V DC voltage analog shunt output with an accuracy of 0.03%. It also supports voltage and current output ripple superposition functions, which can be used for virtual load calibration and ripple interference testing of DC energy meters.

The device is equipped with a high-resolution LCD display with touch functionality. The software interface is designed to be simple and easy to operate, with excellent visual effects. Waveform quantization uses 32-bit dual modulation output technology to ensure high output accuracy. All outputs have overload and overheat protection functions to ensure safety and reliability during use.
