XL-9000T8 DC Energy Meter Calibration Device Includes voltage source, small signal source, main control unit, and meter hanging platform, capable of outputting 0~1000V (MAX: 1150V) DC voltage, 0~5V small signal, enabling calibration of indirect DC energy meters. Voltage accuracy is 0.02 level, energy accuracy is 0.05 level; the meter hanging platform is mainly used for meter position fixing, with 8 positions, allowing simultaneous calibration of 8 energy meters.

Main Functions

1) The shell is made of special aluminum alloy material, beautiful and elegant, structurally strong, detachable, and easy to transport.

2) Uses a dedicated junction box for convenient meter calibration.

3) High-quality linear power amplifier with low output ripple and good stability.

4) Multiple protection systems with audible and visual alarm functions for higher reliability.

5) Equipped with 485 communication function, allowing easy reading and modification of data inside multifunction meters, and can read communication addresses of each meter position individually.

6) The platform has a dedicated meter holder, allowing direct hanging of meters; once meters are hung, basic error, daily timing error, and meter pulse constant tests can be automatically completed.

7) Fully automatic inspection of meter start, creep, basic error, etc., according to regulations.

8) Designed fully according to DC energy meter specifications, compatible with calibration and performance testing of various DC meters.

9) Voltage and small signals can each superimpose 20~500Hz ripple; ripple amplitude can be set separately, with phase maintained in phase.

10) Can calibrate energy meters with different constants and has meter pulse constant test function.

11) Dedicated photoelectric sampler can collect LED light pulse signals from electronic meters.

12) Dedicated pulse sampling interface with high-voltage isolation circuit to prevent high-voltage misconnection.

13) Has power-based meter testing function; can directly read power measurement values of the tested meter via 485 bus interface and calculate errors.

14) Can display parameters such as power, voltage, current, and ripple.

15) Supports PC connection with dedicated calibration software featuring a user-friendly interface and simple calibration settings; allows manual addition and setting of any calibration points; data can be stored and printed.

16) Equipped with GPS clock reference, supporting daily timing error testing of energy meters.

17) Device uses single-phase power supply for user convenience.

18) Each meter position has automatic and manual switching capabilities, allowing users to select meter positions for calibration easily via software.

19) Equipped with 220VAC, 12VDC, 24VDC auxiliary power interfaces, adjustable ±20%, enabling power drop tests for energy meters.
