XL-9600T6 DC Meter Calibration Device

The XL-9600T6 DC meter calibration device includes a standard source cabinet and an electricity meter hanging table body. The cabinet houses a voltage source, a small signal source, a current source, a main control unit, and an industrial control computer display unit. It can output DC voltage from 0 to 1000V (MAX: 1150V), DC current from 0 to 600A, and small signals from 0 to 5V, enabling incremental output for electricity meter calibration. The voltage accuracy is 0.02 level, current accuracy is 0.02 level, and energy accuracy is 0.05 level. The hanging table body is mainly used for meter position fixing, including a meter rack and table body, with six meter positions, capable of simultaneously calibrating 6 electricity meters (0~100A) and 3 electricity meters (0~600A).

The XL-9600T6 DC meter calibration device includes a voltage source, current source, small signal source, main control unit, and meter mounting platform. It can output 0~1000V DC (maximum 1150V) DC voltage, 0~600A DC current output, and 0~5V DC small signal output, enabling calibration of indirect and direct DC energy meters with an energy accuracy of 0.05 level. The meter mounting platform is mainly used for meter position fixing, featuring 6 positions, allowing simultaneous calibration of 6 energy meters.

  • Designed according to standards GB/T 33708-2017 Static DC Energy Meter, Q/GWD1826-2013 DC Energy Meter Calibration Device Technical Specification, and Q/GDW 1825-2013 DC Energy Meter Technical Specification;
  • Equipped with 485 and CAN communication interfaces, supporting 485 and CAN communication, compatible with CAN2.0A and CAN2.0B protocols, compliant with ISO/DIS 11898 standard;
  • Supports three types of auxiliary power supplies: DC12V, DC24V, and AC220VAC, adjustable ±20%, supporting power supply tests required by regulations;
  • Can perform self-heating influence tests on the meter under test and provide error variation curves;
  • Voltage, current, and small signals support ripple output, enabling ripple influence tests on the meter under test;
  • Can verify energy meters with different constants and has constant verification functions;
  • Voltage and small signal polarity can be programmatically switched, facilitating testing of bidirectional billing energy meters;
  • Can perform fully automatic tests on meter start-up, creep, basic error, daily timing error, etc., according to regulations, featuring a GPS clock reference with high clock accuracy;
  • Each meter position supports both automatic and manual switching, allowing users to select meter positions for calibration conveniently via software;
  • Features audible and visual alarms, emergency stop switch, output indicators, hardware and software dual protection, and protections against overcurrent, overload, and open circuit.
