XL-9100T6 DC Meter Calibration Device Includes a standard source cabinet and an energy meter hanging table body. The cabinet houses voltage source, small signal source, current source, main control unit, and industrial control computer display unit. It can output 0~1000V DC voltage, 0~100A DC current, 0~5V small signal, achieving incremental output for energy meter calibration. Voltage accuracy is 0.02 level, current accuracy is 0.05 level, and energy accuracy is 0.1 level; the hanging table body is mainly used for meter position fixing, including meter racks and table body, with six meter positions, capable of simultaneous calibration of 6 energy meters.

  • Fully automatic inspection of energy meter start-up, creep, and basic errors according to regulations.
  • Direct large current output (0~100A), indirect current (0~5V), fully designed according to DC energy meter specifications, compatible with calibration or performance testing of various DC meters.
  • Voltage and current can each superimpose 20~500Hz ripple, with adjustable ripple amplitude and phase maintained in phase.
  • Can calibrate energy meters with different constants and has constant verification function.
  • Dedicated photoelectric sampler can collect LED light pulse signals from electronic meters.
  • Dedicated pulse sampling interface with high-voltage isolation circuit to prevent high-voltage misconnection.
  • Can perform dial test according to energy, time, or pulse count.
  • Has power-based meter calibration function, can directly read power measurement values of the meter under test via 485 bus interface and calculate errors.

  • The polarity connection of DC meter current positive and negative can be program-controlled switched, facilitating indirect meter access; through program control, the corresponding shunt and voltage short-circuit wires can be directly shorted to prevent damage to the energy meter.
  • Each meter position has automatic and manual switching capabilities, allowing users to select meter positions participating in calibration; users can easily switch positions via software selection.
  • Supports barcode information scanning input for the meter under test; scanned information is automatically associated with the meter.
  • Equipped with 220VAC, 12VDC, 24VDC auxiliary power interfaces, adjustable ±20%, enabling power drop test for energy meters.
