XL-942ES European Standard DC Charging Pile On-site Characteristic Tester

The XL-942ES European standard charging pile on-site characteristic tester integrates functions such as on-site calibrator, power analyzer, oscilloscope recorder, EVCC simulator, and vehicle DC interface circuit fault injection simulation box. Together with the load, it meets the testing requirements for metering, interoperability testing, and protocol consistency testing, as well as the requirements for power consumption, efficiency, and power factor of the charging pile.

XL-942ES European Standard Charging Pile On-site Characteristic Tester Integrates functions such as on-site calibrator, power analyzer, oscilloscope recorder, EVCC simulator, vehicle DC interface circuit fault injection simulation box, etc. Together with the load, it meets the testing requirements for metering, interoperability testing, and protocol consistency testing, and satisfies the requirements for charging pile power consumption, efficiency, power factor, etc. During the testing process, waveforms are displayed graphically in real time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device has a built-in WIFI module for wireless data transmission and can be remotely controlled via wireless devices such as tablets. Technically, the XL-942ES uses various cutting-edge technologies to achieve high performance, such as 24Bit sigma-delta AD, imported high-stability zero-flux current transformers, and a dual-core DSP with a main frequency of 500M, making its performance outstanding.

  • Built-in recording module, with 8 channel recording function, supports global waveform and event waveform, automatically captures fault moments;
  • Has database function, test records are automatically generated and can be queried and exported by number, date, and other methods;
  • Has project editing function, selectable calibration projects, automatic process detection, automatically calculates the minimum time and minimum energy required for calibration, saving customers time, money, and effort;
  • Can realize calibration of working error and display error calibration points with load box;
  • Built-in WIFI module, can realize automatic data upload, remote control, and other functions;
  • Supports multiple power supply methods, built-in large capacity lithium battery, outdoor operation without power access, normally can work 8 for more than hours, and the battery adopts a detachable design;
