XL-A3603 AC/DC Programmable Load Mainly used as our company's non-vehicle charger laboratory test platform, AC charging pile laboratory test platform, non-vehicle charger field tester, and AC charging pile field tester equipment programmable, automatic shifting electronic resistive load, featuring stepwise adjustment on demand and multi-box cascade operation; meeting the load requirements of standards such as "JJG 1149-2022 Verification Regulations for Electric Vehicle Non-vehicle Chargers", "JJG 1148-2022 Verification Regulations for Electric Vehicle AC Charging Piles", and "NB/T 33008.1~33008.2-2018 Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Testing Specifications" and other related standards and regulations.
Main Features
- Capable of achieving power and energy verification points required by "JJG 1149-2022 Verification Regulations for Electric Vehicle DC Chargers", "JJG 1148-2022 Verification Regulations for Electric Vehicle AC Charging Piles", and "NB/T 33008.1~33008.2-2018 Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Testing Specifications";
- Equipped with automatic shifting function; at rated voltage, minimum current step is 0.005A, with 65,536 levels available per device;
- Equipped with constant power function, covering the full voltage range of 400V to 1000V in the constant power region;
- In cooperation with the load host, it can simulate the entire charging process of electric vehicle power batteries, such as constant current mode, constant voltage mode, constant power mode, constant resistance mode, etc.;
- Supports cascade expansion function, with DC maximum expansion up to 250kW and AC maximum expansion up to 48kW;
- Bus input and cascade use safety anti-electric shock and reverse connection protection interfaces; interfaces comply with IPXXB protection level to prevent finger contact with live conductors; reverse connection design prevents DC+/DC- misconnection;
- Equipped with multiple communication interfaces such as RS-232 and CAN;
- Uses forced air cooling, with an ARM Cortex-M4 based motherboard controlling relays to manage cooling system fans, efficiently cooling the device while saving power costs;
- Features intelligent fan temperature control; when the load box temperature is too high, the load is actively disconnected for high temperature protection and an alarm is issued; when the load box temperature reaches a safe level, the fan stops automatically; temperature inside the box can also be monitored via debug serial port;
- Single load includes built-in 80A fuse short-circuit protection, as well as overcurrent, overvoltage, and overtemperature protection functions.
