XL-942SC Super Charging Pile On-site Characteristic Tester Integrates functions such as on-site calibrator, power analyzer, oscilloscope recorder, BMS simulator software, vehicle DC interface circuit simulation box, insulation resistance tester, and others. Equipped with GB/T 20234.3-2023 and GB/T 20234.4-2023 interfaces, compatible with old national standards, 2015+, and supercharging interfaces. , combined with load, Meets testing requirements for metrological verification, interoperability testing, protocol consistency testing, and satisfies the inspection items during on-site energy label acceptance and operation phases. During interoperability testing, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real-time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device has a built-in WIFI module for wireless data transmission and can be remotely controlled via wireless devices such as tablets. Technically, the XL-942SC uses cutting-edge technologies to achieve high performance, such as 24Bit sigma-delta AD, imported high-stability zero-flux current transformers, and a dual-core DSP with a main frequency of 500M, making its performance outstanding.

  • BMS simulator function, combined with load box to achieve verification of working error and display error verification points;
  • Power analysis function available to detect AC input electrical parameters of the charging pile;
  • Supports multiple loads: supports cumulative energy measurement for the entire charging process using new energy vehicles as loads, and also supports testing with traditional resistive loads;
  • Multiple power supply methods, built-in large-capacity lithium battery, outdoor use without power access, and the battery is designed to be removable;
  • Recording and diagnostic function: supports saving on-site recording data and uses recording diagnostic software to import recording data, display recording waveforms, analyze recording event times, and other functions;
  • Embedded industrial control computer equipped with RS232, USB, and network ports;
