XL-A3431 AC Charging Pile Load Box Mainly used as a load for on-site verification of electric vehicle charging piles. When used with our company's AC charging pile on-site characteristic calibrator, it can realize the on-site detection process of AC charging piles. The entire detection process complies with national relevant testing standards and metrology standards. "JJG 1148-2022 Electric Vehicle AC Charging Pile Verification Regulations" requirements.
The resistor load box's internal mainboard uses a processor chip with an ARM Cortex-M4 core architecture, automating the entire resistor load box workflow, reducing manual involvement, and saving operation time. Internally, it adopts a multi-channel high-power resistor parallel structure, controlled by high-quality relays. By controlling the relays, multiple gear switching can be achieved. The entire process is fully automated without manual participation. Forced air cooling is used, the circuit structure is simple, requiring little maintenance, saving cooling costs. Temperature detection is set inside to monitor the working temperature in real time, ensuring safety and reliability during load use. The box is equipped with two national standard AC charging gun sockets for easy user cascading and increased load power.

The AC charging pile load box has the following functional features:

- The load box has automatic resistor gear switching function;
- Can be controlled via serial port or local screen;
- Uses forced air cooling;
- Equipped with a touch display screen that shows real-time status information;
- The device can be powered by AC 220V or directly powered by the charging gun, which is convenient for testing in places without mains electricity;
- Built-in temperature sensor, which actively disconnects the load for high-temperature protection when the internal temperature is too high, and issues an alarm externally. Additionally, the internal temperature can be debugged and monitored via the communication port;
- A single unit can serve as a load for single-phase AC charging piles below 9kW (single-phase 40A).
