XL-942L Off-Board Charger Characteristic Testing Device Meets the testing requirements for metrological verification, interoperability testing, and protocol consistency testing. During interoperability testing, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device connects to a router via Ethernet cable, supports wireless data transmission, and can be remotely controlled through wireless devices such as tablets.

  • Built-in vehicle DC charging interface circuit simulator, equipped with control and guidance related circuits, capable of message interaction with the charger;
  • Built-in waveform recording module, capable of real-time recording of BMS messages and related electrical signals simultaneously, achieving synchronization among electrical signals and between BMS messages and related electrical signals;
  • Built-in power analysis module;
  • Built-in interoperability related test circuits, capable of performing related fault action detection;
  • Built-in BMS simulator software;
  • Built-in 1000V insulation resistance tester function, enabling insulation resistance testing of the charger without carrying a separate insulation tester;
  • The panel provides all signal output interfaces of the charging gun interface, including DC+, DC-, GND, S+, S-, CC1, CC2, A+, A-, PE;
  • Equipped with energy pulse input and energy pulse output interfaces;
  • Built-in battery voltage simulator for voltage detection when the charger is turned on;
  • Built-in GPS module for precise time synchronization;
  • Built-in industrial control computer with a high-definition touch display, equipped with USB, serial, and network ports;
  • Built-in WIFI communication module, allowing remote control via laptop or tablet to perform all functional tests;
  • Built-in programmable load with power up to 30kW, featuring an integrated design;
  • Equipped with load expansion interface, allowing cascading expansion up to a maximum DC power of 240kW;
  • At rated voltage, the load minimum current step is 0.005A, with 65,536 levels;
  • The load features automatic gear shifting and supports multiple working modes including constant current, constant voltage, constant resistance, and constant power;
  • The load uses air cooling for heat dissipation, equipped with device temperature monitoring; the load disconnects when temperature is too high and stops the fan when temperature is low enough.
