It complies with the requirements of clause 8.4.2.2 of the GB44263-2024 "Safety Requirements for Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging Systems" standard for DC vehicle interface temperature monitoring and protection function testing. The device can simulate and control the temperature of the charging interface, achieve high and low temperature adjustment of the wires, and perform data recording and storage. It is independently developed by a professional R&D team to meet on-site testing requirements of charging piles, featuring modular design, easy operation, and stable performance.

The device is developed, produced, and sold to meet the test requirements for temperature monitoring and protection functions of DC vehicle interfaces. It can simulate and control the temperature of the charging interface, achieve high and low temperature adjustment of the wires, and record and store data. Developed by a professional R&D team to meet on-site testing requirements of charging piles, it features modular design, easy operation, and stable performance.

The XL-A672 DC Charging Pile Connector Over-temperature Simulator can realize temperature monitoring functions for DC vehicle interfaces and can test tests 1 to 5 in the temperature monitoring function of DC vehicle interfaces.
