XL-A923S Series Comprehensive Test System for AC Charging Piles in China, Europe, and America
The XL-A923S AC charging pile comprehensive test platform mainly consists of the AC charging pile comprehensive tester power analysis module, oscilloscope, and AC charging pile detection system interface cabinet, meeting the testing requirements for metrological verification and interoperability testing. During the interoperability testing process, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real-time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device connects to the router via a network cable, allowing data to be transmitted wirelessly and enabling remote control through wireless devices such as tablet computers.

XL-A923S AC Charging Pile Comprehensive Test Platform Mainly composed of AC charging pile comprehensive tester power analysis module, oscilloscope, and AC charging pile detection system interface cabinet, meeting the testing requirements of metrological verification and interoperability testing. During interoperability testing, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device connects to the router via network cable, supports wireless data transmission, and can be remotely controlled through wireless devices such as tablets.

- Provides national standard, European standard, and American standard gun holders to meet the access testing of national, European, and American standard AC charging piles;
- Built-in waveform recording module with 8-channel recording capability, supporting global waveforms and event waveforms, automatically capturing fault moments;
- Equipped with database functionality, test records are automatically generated and can be queried and exported by number, date, and other methods;
- Project editing function available, selectable verification projects, automatic process detection, automatic calculation of minimum time and minimum energy required for verification, saving customers time, money, and effort;
- Built-in insulation resistance test module with integrated design, no complicated wiring required, safe and efficient;
- Vehicle interface simulator function, which, combined with the load box, can verify working errors and display value errors.
