The XL-A922C non-vehicle-mounted charger laboratory comprehensive test device mainly consists of a non-vehicle-mounted charger comprehensive tester, oscilloscope, power analysis module, and battery voltage simulator. It meets the testing requirements for metrological verification, interoperability testing, and protocol consistency testing. During interoperability testing, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device connects to a router via an Ethernet cable, enabling wireless data transmission and remote control through wireless devices such as tablets.

1. The tester has a built-in vehicle DC interface circuit simulator with control guide related circuits, enabling interaction with the charger.
2. The tester includes a built-in waveform recorder that can simultaneously record BMS messages and related electrical signals in real time, achieving synchronization among electrical signals and between BMS messages and related electrical signals.
3. The tester has a built-in power analysis module.
4. The tester includes built-in interoperability-related test circuits capable of executing related fault actions and corresponding tests.
5. The tester has built-in BMS simulator software.
6. The tester includes a built-in 1000V insulation resistance tester function, allowing insulation resistance testing of the charger without carrying a separate insulation tester.
7. The tester panel provides all signal interfaces of the charging gun interface, including DC+, DC-, GND, S+, S-, CC1, CC2, A+, and A-.
8. The tester has energy pulse input and output interfaces.
9. The tester includes an internal battery voltage simulator for voltage detection when the charger is activated.
