XL-A922F Non-Vehicle Onboard Charger Factory Testing Platform
The XL-A922F DC charging pile national and European standard factory inspection platform mainly consists of a non-vehicle-mounted charger comprehensive tester and a power analysis module, meeting the testing requirements for metrological verification, interoperability testing, and protocol consistency testing. During the interoperability testing process, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device connects to the router via a network cable, allowing data to be transmitted wirelessly and remote control to be achieved through wireless devices such as tablet computers.

XL-A922F DC Pile National and European Standard Factory Inspection Platform Mainly composed of a comprehensive tester for off-board chargers and a power analysis module, meeting the testing requirements for metrology verification, interoperability testing, and protocol consistency testing. During interoperability testing, waveforms and messages are displayed graphically in real time, making the working status clear at a glance. The device connects to a router via Ethernet cable, enabling wireless data transmission and remote control through wireless devices such as tablets.

- The tester has a built-in vehicle DC interface circuit simulator, equipped with control guide related circuits, enabling interaction with the charger.
- The tester has a built-in waveform recorder that can simultaneously record BMS messages and related electrical signals in real time, achieving synchronization among electrical signals and between BMS messages and related electrical signals.
- The tester has a built-in power analysis module.
- The tester has built-in interoperability related test circuits, capable of executing related fault actions and corresponding tests.
- The tester has built-in BMS simulator software.
- The tester has a built-in 1000V insulation resistance tester function, allowing insulation resistance testing of the charger without carrying a separate insulation tester.
- The tester panel provides all signal output interfaces of the charging gun interface, including DC+, DC-, GND, S+, S-, CC1, CC2, A+, and A-.
- The tester has energy pulse input and energy pulse output interfaces.
- The tester is embedded with a GPS module for precise time synchronization.
- The tester has a built-in industrial control computer with a high-definition touch display, equipped with USB, serial, and network ports.
